    Blend Your Own Wine

The 1976 Judgment of Paris, at which California wines took first place in both red and white categories for the first time ever, definitely sent shock-waves through the French wine community as it firmly placed California on the map as a producer of superior wines.

Over two decades later, California is still producing wines of superior quality. During this special program at the San Diego Wine & Culinary Center, you will have the opportunity to become a California master wine maker and learn to blend wine in this fun, hands-on activity. At the end, celebrate your creation by christening it with your very own name! Lunch is included.
