Spotlight on Operations!
In an environment where equipment financing has become a commodity, the differences between highly successful organizations and those that simply survive are often operational creativity, customer centricity, and innovative, efficient business processes. The winners make effective use of technology and constantly hone their "backroom" performance to better serve their customers and ensure that value is delivered for every dollar invested.
The Operations & Technology Excellence (OT&E) Award Program identifies and recognizes equipment leasing and finance companies that have demonstrated best practices in developing and implementing innovative uses of technology or creative business processes to improve operations, enhance customer interactions, enter new markets and build overall ROI. We want to bring the backroom to the fore, highlighting the best in the industry to provide an example for others.
Prestige and Recognition
This year's OT&E Award will be presented at the 2008 Operations and Technology Conference, May 21 - 23 at the Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. The Judging Panel (O&TE Award Subcommittee) will review all entries prior to the conference and select two winners, who will:
- Present their solutions at the conference as part of a Best Practices Showcase
- Receive industry-wide recognition on the ELFA website, in ELT Magazine and ELFA's E-News Daily Newsletter
- Be recognized at the 2008 ELFA Annual Convention
