Fairport, NY, February 21, 2017 – Entrepreneur Magazine and Culture IQ today released its premier Top Company Culture list, and First American Equipment Finance ranked #14 among high performance cultures with 100+ employees in the U.S.

To develop the ranking, Entrepreneur surveyed employees across First American and other organizations to determine the employees’ perspective on culture. Employee feedback and comments were then scored based on an algorithm. The study measured 10 areas that are predictive of high-performing cultures, including collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, work environment, responsibility, performance focus, and mission and value alignment.
