Please Note: If your company is an ELFA member, you are an ELFA member. If you're not sure, you can check this Member Listing (a "lite" version of the ELFA Member Directory) to see if your company is a member.

Forgot your password, or need one issued?

Please note the options at the upper right corner of ELFA Online in the pull-down Account Tools, including Create Account and Forgot Password?.

It's possible that your company has not renewed ELFA membership for 2010!

Dues for 2010 were due December 31, 2009. There is a one month renewal grace period, after which:

  • Your username & password will no longer be able to access Members-Only content.
  • Your listings in any Member Directories will no longer show.

These will be reinstated upon receipt of dues. Check with your company's ELFA Key Contact or email membership@elfaonline.org to check your membership status and get renewal options.

Firewall blocking your password from getting to ELFA Online?

Is there a firewall on your LAN that blocks the name and password traveling from your browser to our server? Ask your tech support.

Sure, its frustrating that you can't get to the best parts of ELFA Online, but that doesn't even scratch the surface of all that you're missing! * Note: ELFA retains the right of refusal and will issue passwords to non-members at its own discretion. The free passwords will change occasionally. If you had a free password that no longer works you may need to get the new one from your contact at ELFA.
